Regeneration is essentially about helping to create better lives for individuals, groups and communities. A fundamental way of contributing to this is through encouraging and enabling social and economic participation.

Our team are specialists in people focused projects, including innovative financial inclusion project development and the development and evaluation of strategies, action plans and interventions to enhance employability and create and provide access to employment and training opportunities for excluded groups, such as ex-offenders, care leavers and young people with no positive destination.

People are at the heart of 21st century governance and current regeneration practice, with communities increasingly being given the opportunity to shape their own future. The Centrifuge Consulting team have extensive experience of working closely with third sector partners across people focused regeneration, including:

  • developing and evaluating community empowerment process and structures;
  • policy alignment and project, programme and strategy development across a range of agendas, including employment & skills, neighbourhood renewal and third sector development;
  • Service transformation, including the “co-creation” of services;
  • Community planning and participatory budgeting.
