Stakeholder and community consultation

Active and effective stakeholder and community participation is central to successful regeneration practice. In our experience, it could be argued that this if more often easily said than done, with worries over tokenism, and concerns over institutional loss of control. Overcoming these barriers requires a sensitive understanding of these fears, and an inclusive and flexible approach to involvement.

Our consultants are highly experienced in utilising a wide range of innovative consultation techniques and undertaking consultation at all levels, from senior director level staff in public sector organisations to young people in the community, as well as facilitating focus groups and other forms of community engagement.
